The employer will formally issue a demand letter in favor of RSA International stating:

   • Job Description/Category
   • Number of workers required in each category
   • Monthly salary
   • Duration of contract/Permanent
   • Other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage
   • Accommodation etc
